S Harrison Developments was responsible for a £7.5 million housing development in Crookes, Sheffield, which also provided much needed sporting facilities for the local community.

The development has transformed a former city waterworks site which had lain derelict for almost 20 years, with 80% of the site housing a new sports pavilion, a full sized football pitch, two junior pitches and a hard surfaced 5-a-side pitch to be managed by Sheffield United.
