Dulverton Hall, Scarborough

Developed to provide much needed accommodation for retired Church of England clergy and clergy widows, Dulverton Hall is situated on the South Cliff in Scarborough.

Great care was taken in the development of design proposals to ensure that the scale and massing of the new building related sympathetically to its historic surroundings. The plans also involved careful consideration to ensure adequate access provision for residents.

The new Dulverton Hall brought high quality, modern accommodation to Scarborough with views across the South Bay, warden accommodation and additional communal and ancillary facilities including a chapel, library, dining room, medical area and laundry.
