The Navigation Road scheme provides accommodation for 272 students in a purpose-designed, high-quality development in York.

The £17million scheme, on the former Pullman bus depot in York, has created excellent student accommodation in a sustainable location. Being so close to the main York St John University campus means that it will not bring with it any traffic or transport problems – a particular concern of residents.

The accommodation was successfully completed, to acclaim from the University and its students, in good time for the start of the autumn 08 term.
