Swan Hill Road, Scarborough

S Harrison Group has transformed derelict buildings on Swan Hill Road and Sussex Street into 43 new homes for rent.

The development, which is the result of a partnership between Broadacres Housing Association, S Harrison Group, Scarborough Borough Council and Housing Corporation, has provided much needed accommodation for single people and couples including those needing support in Scarborough.

The £2.2 million development consists of 37 new flats on Swan Hill Road and 6 flats on Sussex Street. The 60-week contract saw the derelict buildings redeveloped into three and four storey apartment blocks which complement the architecture of the surrounding area.
