Whitehall Landing, Whitby

Mixed tenure residential development

A joint venture between Keyland Developments Ltd – the property arm of the international Kelda Group, Whitehall Landing returned an area of derelict waterfront, inland from Whitby’s main harbour, to productive use.

Completed in 2004, the £16 million Whitehall Landing project delivered a mix of new homes. The mixed tenure residential scheme, designed in sympathy with the town’s historic architecture, includes 20 affordable homes for Tees Valley Housing Group and involved the restoration and restyling of an existing riverside home.
