Friary Outer, Lichfield

Lichfield District Council and Lichfield Venture (2010 - )

Part of Lichfield District Council’s city centre investment strategy, Friary Outer is a £13.5 million scheme to provide a high-quality 400 space multi storey car park, a new 65 bedroom hotel, a restaurant and much-needed affordable warden assisted housing for the elderly on the site of a current council car park.

Work is expected to start during 2010 and take approximately 18 months to complete.

Harrison is also lead partner on the council’s retail and leisure led Friarsgate scheme.
