Fastfoward is a scheme to help you get on the property ladder. It means initially that you pay for just 75% of your new home but own it 100%. You have the scope to pay the remaining 25% - in stages - when your financial circumstances allow, with no rent
to pay ever and no interest to pay for the first five years.

You take out a mortgage for just 75% of the value of your new home. The balance of the value is provided by Harrison. Within the next ten years, as your circumstances change, you can buy the balance from us, at market value. Alternatively, after twelve months you can sell your home, at any time within the ten years, and retain your share of the selling price. It’s as easy as that.

Fastforward is only available on selected properties. The home you buy must be your principal residence and you must take out a mortgage to buy it, so the usual mortgage conditions will apply.
